Brand-new and neat rooms with a Seaview. Delightful and brilliant food.

Had good sized room with private bathroom and central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set. Pleased it had a bathtub.

The view from our quiet room was exceptionally good. Great and amazing location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

Our location was marvellous and incredible very close to the Pleasure Beach park. The breakfast was great, such variety, with very quickly served fresh to order and fresh fruit.

There was elevator to be added.

The room we had included central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV set. The view of the sea was particularly nice. Particularly good and fantastic location close to a tram stop made it easy to get to key attractions. Local fast food option The Good Catch was 10 minutes walk away.

The setting was incredible, so close to the restaurant as well as tram stop and a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach. We had goodies and coffee at Mi Kandy, it was located next to the venue.

The staff was accommodating plus the location was great. We had a full English breakfast with a huge variety of options.

The food at the full English breakfast was fantastic. Greatly enjoyed the traditional-style building and our spotless and budget room. The location was marvellous and fab by sea front, you may take train on Pleasure Beach train station within 5 minutes walk from here.
