Welcoming staff, spotless room with separate TVs, tea and milk. Plenty of incredible food for meals.

The staff is excellent, the breakfast delicious, the location is unbeatable right by the train station, and Blackpool tower and beach and shopping. The double room is en suite, we also liked amazing views.

The weather was such warm, had very good stay. There were central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV in my double room, appreciated it. The location was perfect and magnificent for me, centre to everything. It was fairly clean, I would stay here again and again.

All the staff members are really friendly and welcoming. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a joining bedroom. They offer central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set. The property has a particularly good location, really close to The Cumbrian, and the tower and the beach.

Had real good stay for jubillee weekend.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a real good stay. The breakfast was savoury with tea or coffee, fruit juice plus toast, and had all you need.

We stayed in a double room and thoroughly enjoyed a fairly clean bathroom. The hotel had a central setting close to all the main attractions.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay for jubillee weekend. The venue was set in the central position adjacent to the attractions and transport links. It also was to north shore.

Our room was tidy and the view was amazing. Regret that we didn't have time and missed an English breakfast. Location: the hotel was next to the beach, Blackpool and town centre. The staff were top-class all the time.

It's good choice for sightseeing and exploring Blackpool. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk.

Breakfast is SUPERB. We appreciated cumbrian so we would stay here again and again. Excellent home base for a city trip in Blackpool.
