Fabulous hotel, pleasant staff and fantastic location. Spotless unit for children of all ages. Lots of options, excellent food.

Our breakfast was awesome and warm with orange, toast plus option of hot. Comforts of reasonably spacious and absolutely spotless economy double room for children etc were fabulous. Had central location in a back alley in front of a garage.

The breakfast was awesome and warm for what was on offer with option of hot. The setting was great and fab, short walk to Blackpool with an ideal location.

The breakfast is freshly cooked, available with toast and generous portions and option of hot. The family room is budget with pizza & Prosecco and the shower plus bunk beds.

Welcoming staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Spotless and updated units with the microwave. Marvellous location in good quiet area, close enough to the south pier and pleasure beach and indoor waterpark. Nearby Nicholson's - great place to chill out.

The staff were all extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, which was unquestionably a plus. Exceptional service, just what we needed.

Everything was excellent, incredibly kind staff made our stay very positive. The rooms were freshly decorated, airy, came with extra TVs for the kids, a double bed plus living space. We stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

Lovely room with iron and extra TVs. Magnificent central location, close enough to a tram stop, the Pleasure Beach and Waterpark and Very close to promenade / water front. Again, not far from an amusement park.

The hotel is fairly clean and pleasant, offers great location to explore by public transport would definitely recommend. It has the most immensely pleasant and consistently courteous staff we have ever experienced before.

Fantastic hotel, really enjoyed our stay, it had fab food and magnificent location so close to everything. Stayed for 1 night, the stuff was exceptionally pleasant during all this time.

Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were uncooperative.

The room is good sized with bath, also they can offer wake-up service. Their breakfast option with generous portions, option of hot, toast is freshly prepared and astonishing, put others we have been to shame!

I have stayed here before and will be back. Fantastic location near the sea front, exceptionally pleasant staff, everything was excellent. Family room I stayed at was budget for children etc. The breakfast was freshly cooked and amazing with option of hot, toast plus generous portions, and had all you need. The service was incredible with a quick check-in. By the way, I paid gbp 8 per day to park the car.

The location is marvellous, at a moderate distance from South Pier. The airport is 5 km away, easy to get to. The rooms offered are modern and budget with bunk beds, a newly fitted carpet, for instance.

It had a marvellous location close to weatherspoons pub, the north pier which all the entertainment was up that end, and beyond. My family room was updated.

Food was excellent, staff was accommodating and welcoming. It was in a marvellous location near bars and restaurants. Plus there was a lake, within 10 minutes walk or so.

Worth its 3 stars. Had nice dainties at Seagulls Nest Cafe, located next to the hotel.

Hotel was spotless. Beachcomber Steakhouse, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property...

Beds just comfy. We would stay there again next year❤❤
