Had triple room with good shower & large bath towel, private bathroom, coffee. A comfortable decor. Exceptional customer care.

Everything was great, outstandingly accommodating staff, incredible location next to Blackpool, town centre and train station. The double room I stayed in was new-fashioned with private bathroom very clean.

Beds were a little lumpy.

It was in a central setting away from the seafront. Besides, it was 2 km away from a restored Victorian pier.

We both appreciated the stay, it was very peaceful, and would have extended the stay. It was in a central location, to the best bars in the area. The personnel was excellent and amicable, doing their best to assist.

The hotel is clean with very welcoming staff members. A kettle, 2 windows, and coffee in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Very good breakfast selection with foods for all tastes. The location is marvellous and fab, and here's the cherry on top - walk from the train station. As we remember, there's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Mchalls Bistro, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Would recomand this venue to anyone, nothing too much trouble. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is excellent friendly and affable. It has magnificent, incredible setting, not far from the Tower which is right in the middle of a shopping area, a shopping area and the attractions and the train station. The place to order lunch within easy walking distance of the hotel is Bella Pizza.

We appreciated staying in this hotel! We have stayed here for 4 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The food at English breakfast was brilliant. The location was decent near enough the attractions.

The location was fab, for example, Opera House Event Venue was not very far from the hotel. It offered very good service and ASTONISHING food too.
