Magnificent and fantastic location, just a walk down to everywhere. Found in the calm area. Well-equipped and functional unit with double beds, amicable staff.

I've had cheap and tidy room with a bath, a double bed plus mattress or pillows. The staff was very very helpful and the owner too.

The staff team was nice. This accommodation was in the central location within walking distance of main attractions.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were amicable. The hotel's location was excellent and fantastic, close enough to the city centre, the beach n shops and the main attraction. Plus, I was not too far from Comedy Carpet. Liked my enjoyable stay and would return there.

The location was handy, near to the Blackpool "to do " sights and town centre.

Clean and cheap units with bar and double beds plus a bath, pleasant employees. Great and fab location in good area, not far from the town centre and the beach as well as the Blackpool "to do " sights.

The units are cheap, functional with double beds, bar, for instance. The breakfast offers plenty of coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and yoghourt. Good and excellent location very near to the main attraction, you can walk everywhere

In an absolutely perfect location near bars and pubs. Based in a quiet area.

Clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was such great. Accommodating staff always on hand. Cheap units with a bath. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Late check out.

Recently refurbished accommodation with handy setting next to sea front, town centre, and Blackpool Tower. Pleasant, perfect staff towards all guests. Lots of food for breakfast including cereals, toast and fruit.

It was enjoyable stay, I did not want to leave and would stay here again. The staff were both approaching and amicable.

The room was cosy, good sleep in a comfortable bed. The setting was quite prime within easy reach of Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited Buckingham Restaurant, set just next door to the hotel...

great choice for weekend. besides, we had free wi fi.

Some of our favourite spots such as blackpool pleasure beach were adjacent to the hotel. Just a walk down to most sightseeings, the location is FAVOURABLE.
