Well-equipped and beautifully presented units with sufficient hanging space and helpful staff.

The daily breakfast was hearty with cereal available and toast, as example.

The rooms were exceptional and gorgeous with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows and excellent views. The hotel was close to the beach and extremely close to St Chad's. It was a lovely area, a good base for me.

Nice stay, we were there for 5 days. Pleasant staff and the place was fairly clean.

Quiet location to attractions like North Shore, that was a couple of blocks away from the hotel. It was maximum 15 minutes drive to the airport. I was offered a room with superb views of the ocean and illuminations. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hearty and savoury.

It is an excellent value and nicely presented property located in North Shore district just next door to away from the main hustle as well as south Blackpool and the centre. Overall the staff is attentive.

The location was beautiful, right by the illuminated promenade, bus stop, and Bispham and Gynn Square at the heart of the illuminations. Also, tourist destinations and North Shore were at a small distance.

Our room had a good bed and a magnificent view. Booked the hotel for its perfect and excellent location not far from the promenade and the northern seafront on queens parade.

Queen room is delightful, has the best bathroom. It offers very good and lovely breakfasts with a proper sausage.

We had a very good stay and would recomand it to anyone. Stayed here with our partner and everything was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect and lovely - not very far from Gynn Square. The area was quiet not far from all Blackpool, and nearby shops and restaurants.

The location was peaceful and ideal, close enough to get into the centre with easy access to the main shopping centre and shops. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and it had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. The service was very good, the food was tasty.

I stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was gorgeous, with particularly good and lovely location short walk to the best Indian Restaurant, the quieter north Blackpool, away from the hustle and bustle of south Blackpool and the centre and to give guidance about the area. Super breakfasts with including salmon as an option, veggie sausages and salmon, the staff were all in all amicable. The daily service was excellent.

Its location is good and lovely just off lovely big sandy beach and close to all amenities, and Blackpool, Bispham.

It had quiet location, near to people viewing the " lights ", and Bispham and Gynn Square at the heart of the illuminations. Besides, it was 3 km away from a restored Victorian pier.

Its location is brilliant and super, right by within easy reach of the town centre, Blackpool town centre and Gynn Square at the heart of the illuminations, lovely area. There's cool Rose's Cafe not too far away from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Had an excellent stay here. It was clean and fabulous hotel. The breakfasts were super with toast, veggie sausages and vegan bacon and the staff were pleasant, did not rush us. The location was particularly good - ease of access to North Shore. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops.

It's little and relaxing place to stay 2 km away from North Shore Golf Club. The breakfast is delicious and marvellous and the staff is attentive. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to reach.

Nicely decorated accommodation with prime setting short walk to tram, and people viewing the " lights ". En suite and immaculate room, a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and fresh towels in the room. Not to mention reliable wifi! Very good stay, as always.
