It was tidy, good enough for an overnight stay.

I liked the room, it was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and had coffee and nice clean sheets.

Reasonably sized and compact hotel units with the shower and bathroom plus fantastic decor. A lot of options, good food. Location - marvellous, close enough to the North and Central piers and Central Pier in under five minutes. Excellent service, public parking available nearby.

A little and exceptionally friendly place to stay when in Blackpool.

The location was excellent, just next door to Central piers. We were 200 metres away from Dixyland Chicken & Ribs, that offered quick meals.

Everything was nice and met the purpose. It had incredible location, the place was steps away from Blackpool city centre. I enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

The personnel was fantastic and amazing, and the hotel had a quiet feeling. Guest room was perfect and immaculate had hypoallergenic pillows.

Its location was very central, 500 metres from Opera House Event Venue. I really enjoyed it so would happily go back again.

The hotel was fabulous and comfortable, as for me everything was nice. Really enjoyed the standard twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The room was tidy with fantastic decor when upgraded. The location was pleasant - really close to Shops for the girls and Right next to the winter gardens.

It had awesome location with access to Illuminasia nearby. Our room was tidy and compact, the staff was fantastic.

A truly exceptional and comfy hotel, I would go back in flash, loved it. The staff is excellent here, the services are exceptional, and location is magnificent right by pubs/clubs and main attractions as well as the football ground.

Everything was great during 2 days, appreciated its great and awesome location very close to the centre of Blackpool, Right next to the winter gardens and pubs / clubs. That was what I call suitable place for an overnight stay.

Fabulous hotel with free wi-fi, the location was brilliant close to all attractions. Had facilities needed in my guest room, including an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. I thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in this property.

It is a friendly property located in Blackpool Centre district really close to central pier, Close to town centre bars restaurants and the best attractions of the city. The location is brilliant and super and they have parking nearby. Thank you for the fabulous stay.

The room is dingy.

The location was perfectly comfortable and incredible, close to cafes, restaurants and the shop. I was happy to find Albert's Bistro, it was relatively close to the hotel and served nice food. Loved the downstairs bar.

Magnificent setting, really close to pubs / clubs as well as Blackpool for over 30years. Again, walking distance to a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Great choice for weekend.

The location is brilliant, a short walk from city centre. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to reach. The staff is awesome and obliging as well as hotel's host. The ambiance is quiet.

It's clean with a very central location right next door to shopping centre. There is Yorkshire Fisheries serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The room is tidy and warm with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. It has marvellous location to see Coral Island Amusement Center.

The location was marvellous and brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from English lights festival. And it was also really close to main attractions, and Blackpool.

It had very central location close to Promenade. And it was also very close to the shopping mall and the winter gardens, attractions n night life, and Blackpool.

The location was unbeatable, not too far from Blackpool Central Library. The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a comfortable area.

The venue is placed in a very central position vERY CLOSE TO MAIN PIER. Don't forget to visit nearby Rovers Return Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

The hotel was great, as expected. Our favourite venue in Blackpool, we totally recommend it. Appreciated that the hotel was in front of the train station, 5 minutes' walk. One could dine at restaurants such as rovers return cafe 5 minutes away

Breakfast was satisfactory, the best we had in Blackpool. The room was very clean.
