The restaurant food is delicious, and the breakfast offered is amazing with allergies catered for and toast, for instance. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed with comfortable beds and the staff are helpful.

Liked this place, it was simply stunning. The breakfast was wonderful and superb with all tastes & allergies, and all the food was good! The room for the children giving. The staff were amazing friendly, the atmosphere was family and everything was first-class.

Quaint and unique hotel, wonderful breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Extremely spacious room with spotless bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. Very central location close to shops. And really close to all attractions, comfy beds as well as winter gardens and pubs and resraurants.

The location was perfect and lovely, next to different restaurants, cafes, markets and shops, winter gardens and pubs and resraurants, and the Houndshill shopping centre and easily accessible. I had a family room and it was large with comfortable beds. The staff was helpful, my every need was addressed.

Tbh, had a great stay during our visit. The room was spotless, bright, it had a kettle, central heating, and a TV set. The location was great, around 4-6 minutes' walk from old town. The breakfast was wonderful and superb, there were toast and cereals.

The food is appetising and yummy. Its staff are affable and thoughtful, I loved it. The location is unbeatable, back to The Gallery.

The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Coral Island Amusement Center. And it had city view which is a plus.

it deserves its 4 stars. we thoroughly enjoyed people and staff, everything necessary for weekend was provided. moreover, parking was a big plus.
