The single room was perfect little, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and dressing gowns. The location was perfect and magnificent, on Lord Street, it's a plus.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The location in a very quite area was good and there were the main shopping centre and shopping malls nearby. Easy to get to the train station, it was set close to the hotel. The staff were affable and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff.

No complaints, had a very comfortable stay for the 1 night. Very tasty and sensational breakfast with good quality ingredients was available. The great location was a couple of blocks away from Robert Dundas. The bus stop was 100 metres away.

Lovely little and absolutely fantastic hotel, the idea of having guest room was great. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, including coffee and toast. Sensational breakfast and other services were good. By the way, we paid extra gbp 8 per 24 hours for WiFi connection. The property had a perfect and excellent position, on Lord Street.

Every visit to Blackpool we like to stay here. The property is pleasant and fairly clean, offers great and excellant breakfasts. The hotel is in the central location in best location for surrounding nightlife. Btw, its set in North Shore district close to bars, clubs and town centre, the train station, local shops and restaurants as well as the promenade and main attractions. Friendly service and the food is great.

All in all they offer great service. The property has an absolutely perfect and excellent location, close enough to centre local pubs, the North Pier, shopping centre, Winter Gardens and Blackpool tower, and Central piers.

The venue is gorgeous, it offers great breakfast and has lovely location adjacent to bars and amusements, railway station, & town amenities and surrounding nightlife. The staff is excellant, as well as host. There's a superb bar at the hotel.
