Overall clean bright accommodation with very hospitable staff and lovely location to main entertainment area. True 4-star experience, terrific service.

Everything was really good here - friendly staff and new-fashioned rooms.

The rooms are well decorated and nicely furnished with clean badly, a fridge, for instance. The breakfast is sensational with a lovely runny egg, has great food. The property's location is quiet and absolutely perfect, right by Close to local shops, the sea and promenade, and The Gynn pub which was lovely and did nice food.

It's a pity but the water pressure was not great.

The hotel was pleasant with helpful staff and a perfect location to the main town centre. I had fashionable and lovely sized room complete with tea/coffee, fridge, as example. The breakfast was lovely and the parking was on street. Here I spent 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed being in this place.

The location exceptionally nice and perfect for North Shore district, it is close to the tram 2 minute walk from the guest house, and the promenade, where there is a seafront cafe and tram. The rooms are good sized and well furnished and include a coffee maker, refrigerators, and glassware.

The king room was a nice size, tastefully decorated, with a large bathroom. It was in the central location to Blackpool tower.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

The position of the hotel was excellent, to the main town centre. All of the staff was really friendly and very welcoming.

The hotel had a central location and it was close to Gynn Square. And it was also short walk to all services-tram, Blackpool in the future, and the tram from the guest house.

Excellent and lovely spot just next door to the beach, the trams and the illuminations, the promenade, where there is a seafront cafe and tram and Blackpool.

The place was overall clean, our room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Excellent service, though a few employees were kind of rude. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely and included.

We didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable.

It has a quiet and handy location in the smarter north beach area of Blackpool. There is Rose's Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

All staff were hospitable and gave some tips about Blackpool. The breakfast was excellent, a wide range of PLEASANT food.

I liked this pet-friendly hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable and gave some great recommendations. It was freshly decorated, functional and with a great shower. Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Blackpool.

This hotel was characterful base for exploring Blackpool, thoroughly enjoyed it. An iron, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a radio inside the single room were handy. The breakfast was gorgeous and offered a huge variety of options.

The breakfast had a good choice of food and it was rich! Nothing beats being in golden sands b&b.
