Great and incredible location just off the Lowry cafe, on a quite road perfect for families that want to be in walking distance and all attractions and the shops in a pretty comfortable area. Triple room with updated bedrooms an8 at least.

Had real good stay in town for an event with lively staff and incredible location close to everything we had planned. We stayed here before, always brand-new and compact rooms with a double bed.

Lovely breakfast with runny eggs, and very pleasant staff.

The location was magnificent near tourist attractions. The breakfast served was gorgeous with toast, bacon plus mushrooms.

The location was perfect and magnificent, the staff were reasonably good. The bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away.

I felt it was good value. The hotel was great looking and nicely appointed in general, had very pleasant staff on shift early hours of Sunday morning. The food was gorgeous and the location was great.

So excellent setting in the particularly good area, right by to Blackpool Pleasure Beach which is fantastic as the promenade is always good fun, and close to the tower. The breakfast with runny eggs.

A fairly quiet area, good location near the winter gardens and restaurants, Blackpool during summer and the promenade and cheap rooms. Gorgeous vegetarian breakfast - something for everyone. Quick check-in, easy check-out, incredibly kind staff.

In general the service was efficient. Took the advantage of the parking on-site.

Rooms are a decent size with even TV, fresh towels, the shower cubicle, food is fantastic.

The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally kind, with extra attention to the details. This was a relaxing stay for 2 nights, they offered triple room. I had a lovely view of street from my window. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requests.

It has great location to see a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

Everything was really good here, and the views were lovely! The staff were accommodating and exceptionally kind, you should know it. I had the king room which was modern and compact. What's more, there was the train station short walk from the hotel. Had a very relaxing stay of 4 nights, good value.

Had a very very good stay of 4 nights, glad I've chosen it. The location was perfect and excellent for my stay, 400 metres from The Winter Gardens. You could walk to a shopping mall and all the major shops. Loved this budget hotel, couldn't recommend more.

We were there for 2 nights and felt would stay here again. Variety of food for breakfast, it was good. The room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned and having a lounge area, coffee, and a carpet in it was handy.

The hotel had a magnificent location a short walk from Illuminations. A shopping mall and all the main shops were right next door. The stay in town for an event certainly was good value.

Nothing to complain about, truly enjoyed this place and couldn't recommend more. The hotel was original, excellent services provided, stunning location to the Winter Gardens for the dance competition. We were upgraded to modern triple room with less bed. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the venue.

Everything was great, brilliant location really close to Coral Island amusements as well as several places to eat and drink, the opera house and local restaurants, fantastic experience. The breakfast was satisfactory with mushrooms, nine cheese cheese and beans, and the in-house bar was a plus. The service was nice, just like I expected. Also, I parked onsite.

We really loved facilities and staff. Central heating, an electronic key card and a radio were available in our twin room.

The hotel is situated in the central location. There was a great dining option, Yorkshire Fisheries, only 600 metres from the venue. A perfect place for exploring Blackpool❤
