Family vibe, the staff is friendly and exceptionally nice.

Booked an extremely spacious and bright room with modern furniture, v good shower, bathroom. Amazing breakfast - a wide array of meals.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was homey, with quiet and magnificent location close to cheap trams, Blackpool for 1pm and a lovely quiet area.

Booked the hotel for its marvellous location very close to Blackpool in future. The breakfast was amazing with coffee, tea, toast, and cereals etc.

No complaint, I had a really great stay and would definitely come back there. I truly enjoyed standard queen room with bathroom- showers in both. The entire staff was amicable and welcoming.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and brilliant and the location was excellent close enough to walk to the north pier. Found Gynn Pub & Restaurant with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

Had tidy and bright room with bathroom- showers in both, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was peaceful, so close to the north pier, tram stop, and a lovely quiet area and easily accessible.

Enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this place. Marvellous breakfasts and the food was good. The rooms were brand-new and great-sized and included an electric kettle, central heating, and television etc.

Had peaceful location very close to the tram stop. It was good to be 1 km away from Derby Supper Bar, serving short-orders.

it's really family-friendly hotel with welcoming staff. unbeatable location to blackpool international airport, just 15 minutes by car.

Within a walking distance of blackpool winter gardens. A private kitchen was included. Comfortable beds in the rooms. Perfect breakfast - 3 star level

The location was QUIET, with Ciao Ciao nearby, where we could eat. Room was pleasant when upgraded.
