Magnificent and unbeatable location, exceptionally nice breakfast with toast.

Located in the lovely quiet zone, it was a great base for overnight stay. Our rooms were neat and cheap with breakfast, everything was great.

The location couldn't be more brilliant and cosy to coral island. Also, the hotel was at a moderate distance from Victoria and Albert Museum.

The double room we stayed in were brand-new with breakfast. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was fab.

Modern and cheap rooms with comfortable beds, Tea and a flooded toilet. Great food selection.

I really enjoyed this nice hotel, it did not disappoint. The breakfast was delicious and great with toast and had something for everyone. Everyone was lovely and amazing. The location offered was cosy short walk to the nature of Blackpool, the beach/shopping centre and the Winter Gardens.

Everything was fine, we had fantastic 3 days here. Brand-new room, neat complete with comfy beds and shower plus a flooded toilet, liked it.

The location so close to mostly everything was marvellous. Plus, a world-famous museum was not too far away from the venue. My hotel room was modern and huge with a bath for the children. The food was fabulous with a good choice of choice!

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a flat-screen television, coffee and tea making equipment, and an iron. The breakfast was gorgeous for what was on offer, with toast.

The double room I had was bright. The staff were lovely in the whole hotel.

The location it has so close to local amenities, the centre where the Blackpool tower is and the beachfront and central pier and arcades, good car park is marvellous and lovely. The hotel is 300 metres away from Lilo Charcoal, where we got some food.

The location was great, very close to the Blackpool tower is, and the beach tower and town centre. My room was tidy with a private bathroom.

This was a lovely hotel with a central location so close to mostly everything. We were 200 metres away from Tony's Grill, that offered quick meals. Our double room with coffee and an iron was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and great, had plenty of options and the food was cheap!

I will definitely go again next time for a xmas, truly enjoyed it. The rooms are great-sized and brand-new and the bathrooms are big size. The bed is very clean. The staff are very well mannered and attentive, answered every question I had.

The stay was wonderful; nothing too much trouble. Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was spotless. I loved excellent and brilliant location of the hotel, short walk to Blackpool as well as shops. I visited King Edward Vii near the venue for a few drinks. The personnel was pleasant, and the host too.

It was a really great stay for 1 night. The location was brilliant and fab, not too far from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. And it was also very close to Blackpool and central pier and arcades, good car park.

All the staff we met were kind.

The location was handy, within easy walking distance of Opera House Event Venue. My room was immaculate, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

I got an immaculate room and the staff were ACCOMMODATING. The location was magnificent and brilliant, for example, a municipal park was just a short walk away from the hotel.

We got neat room with bunk beds and Tea plus TV. Had breakfast in the bar, it was delicious, loved the food choices...
