The single room is updated and has air conditioning and a TV. I greatly enjoyed the staff, they are very welcoming and pleasant.

Sincerely, it was an excellant stay for 3 nights. There were some lovely restaurants.

The staff is affable, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is excellent not far from the train station and super market and the north pier and all the attractions in Blackpool. It's beautifully decorated and well heated with fairly clean bathrooms.

Had good sleep at the family room with a nice new bathroom. The staff was really efficient, always on hand when needed. Its location was convenient near the shops.

The location was handy and ideal, close to South Pier and Blackpool. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Washington. We were given a family room with comfortable bed upon arrival.

We truly enjoyed the central location and how impeccably clean the place was kept. The downstairs bar was a plus.

The great location was not too far from Blackpool Central Library. The airport was 15 minutes drive from the place. The breakfast choices were gorgeous.

The location is absolutely perfect and particularly good, next to the bars and city centre, the train station and super market, and the north pier. North Shore district is worth looking into.

The rooms are bright and fantastic with teabags etc, a nice view and comfortable bed and the staff are nice. It has great location to see a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

One of the advantages - immaculate and light rooms; they included a shower and a hairdryer.

The bar served plenty of meals for breakfast. Loved how the family queen room with a nice view was arranged when we arrived. It was a comfortable and handy location for us, very close to the Winter Gardens.

The place was clean and we loved family room. The hotel had marvellous and brilliant location very close to the train station, the pier and Tower and bars. Their food was appetising with a great selection of meals.

Overall it was good sized with a nice new bathroom. The location was magnificent and stunning for exploring this nice quiet area, near to Blackpool north.

The total experience was really great, I would recomand. Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was huge and bright. Extra touches like central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels where a treat, stuff were courteous. The service was brilliant, the food was amazing. By the way, I paid gbp 7 per day to park the car.

Plenty of food available in the bar. Stunning location of the property close to all amenities. For tea or coffee visit Queens Cafe nearby.

The hotel was situated near blackpool tower and also we could visit north pier. Wonderful room, nothing too much trouble. One could dine at restaurants such as Cosy Corner Cafe 5 minutes away. We liked lexham from the moment we entered.
