I booked queen room overlooking garden.

Highly recommended for rest. Everything was excellent, excellent location just next door to the sea front & tram and the opera, welcoming staff. The breakfast was gorgeous and exceptional with toast, juices plus the meat eaters and had something for everyone.

This hotel is stylish, with quiet atmosphere and magnificent location everthing in there you need for a wonderful weekend away. Make sure to get king room with individual tables and coffee. The staff are very very helpful, they keep the place clean.

Make sure you stay in the king room with cosy plump pillows and spotless the breakfast plus a balcony. The breakfasts are lovely and absolutely fantastic with lots of options.

Possibly the best and excellent stay at a value for money price. Unique queen room with a balcony. Fab location in North Shore district next to the train station and the attractions.

The staff is welcoming and affable as well as hotel's host. It's beautifully presented and themed with luxury bathrooms.

Its location is magnificent, very close to such a great and unique establishment as well as Blackpool for a Theatre Break Usually take a leisurebreak at the Imperial.

The location was perfect in a secure area, near to Blackpool from now on and a classier establishment. Also, it was near for visiting Houndshill Shopping Centre.

Gorgeous hotel, breakfast was enjoyable, magnificent location in a quiet area. Brand-new king room with views of sea. Down pillows, extremely comfy bed.

The location was unbeatable and quiet, close to a quiet area close to the attractions and central Blackpool. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved North Shore district. Stayed in well presented king room with a lovely on-suite bathroom.

Came here for 2 nights with my husband, had a fantastic stay.

The hotel had a great and fab location to everything Blackpool has to offer. Soup restaurant Sprinkles Desserts located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The food was good and we really enjoyed it.

Very well decorated hotel units with amazing decor and fluffy towels plus a large bedroom.

The room was huge and offered with tea/coffee tray as well as a fire place.

Marvellous location close to Lord Street which is home to a number of bars, in the shopping area. Good food selection on full English breakfast.

Our king suite with spotless the breakfast and ample tea plus fluffy towels was fantastic.

Airy, beautifully presented unit with the cooked fall English breakfast as well as a balcony. Quiet, fab location in Blackpool, right by seafront, the Lonsdale for a couple of years and the south shore. Again, 10 minutes walk from a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

All in all, it was nice place for travelling to Blackpool. The location was magnificent as a tower and a theatre were short walk from the hotel. You could walk to a shopping area and all the main shops.

Really great stay at their hotel and in their town, no reason to complain.

The place was exceptional, we greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic with the meat eaters, juices, toast, and also the staff were all amicable.

It is special place to stay, the food is good, and location is excellent close to Lord Street which is home to a number of bars. The king room overlooks sea and includes an electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware. The bed is very comfy, really! Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very very helpful staff. The ambiance is quiet. Can recommend as we truly enjoyed it.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable experience. Ideal hotel's location, as it was short walk from the train station. Furthermore, the area was secure.

The hotel's location was brilliant, close to local restaurants and attractions as well as a classier establishment. Ate at Hauze Restaurant, it's relatively near the venue. The queen room was unique, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had nice facilities like a hair dryer, coffee, and an iron.

Enjoyed my excellent stay at a value for money price. The hotel was in a great and fab location right by the Center of Blackpool, and such a great and unique establishment. Fast food restaurant Woo Sang was located 5 minutes walk away. The room I received was airy and unique. The staff was affable, as well as host.

The room itself was nicely decorated, airy with the big balcony and had the things we needed.

Had 3 nights in Blackpool, spent our time here lovely. Room was themed and available with nice balcony doors which was lovely to open, a large terrace plus a fridge. The staff were welcoming and amiable and an absolute pleasure. The breakfast was delicious, enjoyed its service.

Clean venue with exceptional breakfasts and garden views. Huge rooms with incredible decoration. A wide array of food at the breakfast, including toast, eggs and bacon. Simply nothing too much trouble, fantastic stay.

The stay here was such wonderful for 3 nights. Hotel's location was fab, everthing in there you need for a wonderful weekend away. Plus, it was near to blackpool for many years, the north pier, and local restaurants and attractions.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The queen room was unique, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. A huge variety of brilliant food, I enjoyed it.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will definitely go back there again. The hotel was clean and gorgeous, had helpful staff and unique rooms.

superb base for discovering blackpool. very clean unit. when we came, the owner met us and was helpful.

Spent our time here excellently. The bathroom was deluxe, with a bathtub. The host is WONDERFUL. Shopping area near to the hotel.
