Great variety at breakfast. Gorgeous, new-fashioned units provided with complementary bottles of water, coffee plus TV. Excellent and perfect location to a tram station.

We had a great size bedroom. The particularly good bathroom was a plus.

We were upgraded to suite particularly in the bathroom on check in.

The venue was lovely small and gorgeous, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic near to tram line. Everyone was great as well as owner. Had gorgeous triple room with microwave. The cost was £ 59. Stay here was fairly nice, I did not want to leave.

The units are beautiful, big size particularly in the bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and welcoming and the atmosphere is family. This modern hotel has excellent location really close to the beach, and plenty of parking. There's Jaipur of India within 5 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed their menu.

Suitable accommodation for summer holidays. This hotel was clean and spacious. Magnificent, perfect location in North Shore district just next door to promenade and tram stop, the nearest tram stop to get to the main strip and plenty of parking. Well-kept and brand-new unit particularly in the bathroom.

We were offered deluxe family suite complete with complementary bottles of water, complimentary tea, for example. The location was peaceful - just next door to promenade and tram stop, Blackpool and also Bispham and Cleveleys, and Gynn Square tram stop.

Fantastic and fairly clean place with very welcoming and welcoming staff. Fashionable and brand-new room with tea, coffee and a hair dryer. A huge variety of nice food for meals.

Enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave. The stay here was just perfect for the weekend as a last minute trip. The location was perfect and convenient because it was right by a nice area and the tram station and nearby facilities.

Cafe Rose's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We loved this quiet and modern hotel and did not want to leave there, recommend.

The hotel was gorgeous with good location short walk to the centre as well as the nearest tram stop. The room was good-sized, it had tea/coffee and a hair dryer. Food was lovely and I have nothing but wonderful memories from this trip.

Sincerely, it was a really really nice stay on this visit. My room was stylish and large particularly in the bathroom.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was fab to satisfy everyone. The location of the property was comfortable as we were right by plenty of parking.

The personnel was great, and the owner too. The triple room I stayed in was new-fashioned particularly in the bathroom. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware where a nice touch.

The place was perfect, no complaints, recommend. Everything was superb, peaceful location next to shopping centres, and dog friendly cafes and pub, welcoming staff.

Stayed in beautiful deluxe family queen suite particularly in the bathroom. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were provided.

The location was marvellous and the beach was near the hotel. Set near a tram station, which helped to explore Blackpool.

Family room had facilities you could need. It had a beautiful interior and I also loved street views from the window. The location was unbeatable, close enough to The Lakes, Blackpool and the seafront.

The hotel's location was magnificent, just next door to Blackpool as well as beach and tram. North Shore district was worth visiting. Stayed in family room particularly in the bathroom which was perfect for me.

The location was peaceful, within walking distance of St Mark's Church. I enjoyed the nice enough area. I was happy, the triple room I booked came with complimentary tea, coffee and comfortable bed.

Lots of food options not very far from the venue. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the triple room, plus an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. Neat building, well sized bedroom.

Breakfast is always good there. By the way, they will charge you 5 gbp per day for parking. Comfortable location, 2 km from city centre...
