The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walk from a green Flag park. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. The staff were affable, the room was comfortable with same bedding on ready for next guest, a TV, for example.

Our double room came with with same bedding, coffee, as example.

The bedroom was warm and big. And it had street view which is a plus. Its location was particularly good, right by the seafront, the nightlife and South and North pier. Plus, you could explore Union Gallery.

The setting of hotel was great, close to sea front. What's more, it was right by roadworks and accidents, and the seafront.

This hotel is a relaxing base for a weekend in Blackpool. Their rooms are always warm and comfortable with same bedding, another person's bedroom, showers. I think that wake-up service available - it's a plus.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of St Peter. We were in a classic quadruple room with a kettle, central heating and a TV set.

Good experience there. Superb base for 2 nights. Great amenities like a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a radio.

Our stay here was PLEASANT, comfortable base for exploring Blackpool. There were comfortable beds and central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and TV in the double room.
