The room was neat and cheap with a double bed, stayed here for 4 nights. We were lucky to have pleasant staff. It was in a marvellous and incredible location near to the beach and the shopping centre, an establishment nearby and centre.

The room is spotless with a double bed. As for me, the location is marvellous and amazing, close to everything. Also it is just next door to an establishment, shops, markets, attractions and the train station and Blackpool.

Fantastic, excellent location next to the seafront, and Manchester airport, very pleasant staff. And within short walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Amazing stay for a night out in Blackpool, no complains at all.

We had a spacious bedroom. The beds and pillow were comfy.

Unique base for travelling to Blackpool and exploring local places. Magnificent and lovely location near to the seafront and all amenities, the centre and pubs in a good area. Situated only 1 km from a 19th-century pier.

They offer large, functional rooms with tea and the shower tray plus dirt inside drawers. The food is amazing. Family vibe, the staff is pleasant.

It's ideally located not too far from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium. The rooms are good-sized and functional with private bathroom, so that guests have essentials. All of the hotel's staff are superfriendly and really friendly.

Planned to see Blackpool major attractions and it was excellent home base for visiting all of them. The staff were all very welcoming and incredibly nice.

Enjoyed our lovely little and cheap room with private bathroom and the royal-style building. There were an iron, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV. The location was central, fantastic to the nightlife. We had a really lovely stay at this great budget hotel.

Very pleasant staff members, good-sized and functional rooms with the shower tray as well as paint on carpet. Good location - steps away from Opera House Event Venue.

The room was incredible with complimentary shampoo and coffee facilities plus a double bed, the staff were pleasant, did everything. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby.

It has good and fantastic location in Blackpool as it's just next door to the train station, the centre and the piers and the shopping centre. The hotel offers a lot of food that was delightful! Thanks very much for a wonderful stay - will be back.

Lovely stay, we were there for 1 day. The location couldn't be more excellent and lovely close to everything. Found Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum, it's not very far from the hotel.

We spent 1 night in good sized family room with private bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed central heating, an iron, and tea/coffee making equipment.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Blackpool. Loved the standard quadruple room I had with a basin in which was a nice surprise and dirt inside drawers plus complimentary shampoo. And it was functional. The location close enough to the sea front to walk was great. Besides, the property was 2 km away from English lights festival.

Tbh, had an absolutely amazing stay for a night out in Blackpool.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, St Thomas' Church was just a short walk away from the hotel. It was a great area, a decent place for me.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and multi-channel TV, a coffee machine and a dining area inside the room.

The hotel was ideally located in restaurant & bar. We didn't want to leave and would stay here again.

The family room we were allocated in was immaculate. It was ideally positioned for easy access to St John's Church.
