Everything was excellent, including excellent staff and incredible location in the centre of everything. We had a fabulous double room with an extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was exceptional and great, with plenty of meals. The service was good, that made the hotel absolutely fantastic place. Loved our stay, would recomand.

No complaints, the hotel met requirements. It was overall clean, everyone was fantastic friendly. The breakfast was marvellous and there were a huge variety of options. It was in a good location so close to everything you could possibly need.

Booked it for 2 days and had a really really nice experience. The staff were all affable and welcoming. The location was great and fantastic close to all attraction's. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

This accommodation had a very central setting so close to everything you could possibly need. Moreover, it was not far from the tower and main shopping, the shops and sea front, and the Comedy Carpet.

We can't recommend highly enough this hotel, it was reasonably clean and BRILLIANT. The breakfast was marvellous with cooked to order hot food! The location was particularly good and fab for walking around a famous Victorian entertainment complex. And the area was lovely, short walk to the beach, Blackpool tower, sea life and Madame Tussauds plus many others, shops, arcades and prom and a tram.

The hotel's staff are affable. The rooms are big size and freshly decorated with the double bed.

There were spotless bathroom and spotless room. There was lots of fab meals.

This was exactly the double room I wanted in Blackpool. Overall it was fabulous, with a private bathroom.

Absolutely great location with winter garden. Bfast staff had a real "can do" approach.

One could dine at restaurants such as Yorkshire Fisheries 5 minutes away. We liked montclair. This hotel met all required needs! A chilled-out base for exploring Blackpool.
