Wonderful breakfast with a huge variety of options, nicely decorated and fairly clean place. Economy double room with a seafront view. A huge variety of brilliant food at breakfast time. Lovely friendly and pleasant staff and incredible location close enough to the illuminations, tram and a spotlessly clean establishment.

The staff were accommodating, the breakfast we had was delicious and wonderful with more than ample portions.

Clean hotel, gorgeous breakfast, the location is stunning near to Blackpool for the day, the Tower and the Pleasure Beach and the promenade. The staff is pleasant, they ensure you have a great time here. Offers excellent service and affordable food. There is a private parking on-site.

The guest room was new-fashioned, I felt like at home. Delightful view of the sea, liked it. The staff were fantastic friendly and really helpful and the location was excellent close to all the attractions.

The weather was lovely, had really great stay for 4 nights. Got the same family twin room with sea-view booked online, greatly enjoyed that. It was about 5 km from the airport.

The location was great - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was a 10-minute drive from the property. The staff was very polite, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. Rooms with a view had a family atmosphere.

This hotel was set in a central area very close to the tram, the Tower and the Pleasure Beach, and the tram stop and the orange canapy over the door. Besides, Sandcastle Waterpark was 1 km away from the property.

Had a comfortable stay for a 2nd visit, everything was good. The location offered was particularly good and absolutely perfect short walk to the conservatory, the Tower and the Pleasure Beach and Blackpool on the sea front. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Promenade.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with a view. The location of the venue is perfect, not far from the illuminations, the towwn center and the sea front.

Its location at a medium distance from an amusement park was good and unbeatable. It was located in a really comfortable area really close to the promenade as well as Blackpool for nearly 30 years, a fantastic base for me.

Spent here 2 lovely days and would come here again. Everything was great, including accommodating staff. My family room was immaculate, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. It had a spotless bathroom and an electric kettle and an ironing set.

Great place to stay, it was very clean and GORGEOUS.

We would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone as its location was unbeatable. Choosing for lunch blue oceans restaurant, which is situated 500 metres away was a good idea.

it is near a tram stop which is a major plus. totally a lovely experience. dutton arms served dishes within 400 metres off the hotel. beds just great.
