The breakfast was great with toast and marmalades and tea or coffee, nothing to complain about. The location met requirements, it was great really close to main attractions.

The hotel was in a marvellous and fab position adjacent to all the piers and blackpool tower. It was at the end of the road.

We were pleased to find reasonably large rooms at this small hotel. It was in the central location, had very attentive and excellent staff with great service from the owners. The venue was a super base for enjoying a relatively quiet area. Spent here 2 good days and would stay here again.

I've chosen this exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel for staying here with my husband. The room I had was fashionable and new-fashioned with a spacious bathroom, comfy bed, as for instance. The location was amazing in the relatively quiet area. There were a market and shops around the venue.

I had a perfect stay in a long time. Accommodation was top-class and exceptionally clean, rooms were well-appointed. The hotel's position was perfect, short walk to a very comfortable conservatory, tram stops and surrounding attractions, bars, restaurants and tram stops. I liked to spend time in the lovely honesty bar.

The breakfast we ordered was amazing and gorgeous with toast and orange juice, as example.

I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting United Kingdom. The location was particularly good and stunning for traveling around Blackpool, very close to the garden and the house, Blackpool for weekend, and tram stops.

Incredible location in South Shore district next to the sea front near the South Beach Pier and the south pier. Decent size and en suite rooms with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making equipment, good beds.

The hotel is gorgeous with very caring staff, breakfast is fantastic, excellent location to everything you could wish for. The rooms are good-sized with good beds and smoke detectors. All in all they offer excellent service.

Overall it was clean and opulent with a spacious bathroom. Welcoming staff, we greatly enjoyed them. The location was great - just next door to now both grandchildren for the last 10 years.

The hotel's location was great and fab, very close to all the attractions, South Blackpool train station, and the sea and tram. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Dog & Partridge.

I didn't want to leave, spent excellent time and would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect during 2 days, appreciated its good and incredible location so close to tram station and south pier, the gardens and all the main attractions. The location of the property in Blackpool is particularly good and amazing, adjacent to the sea, the central pier and now both grandchildren for the last 10 years. There's Marmaris offering takeout not too far from the venue.

Our location was magnificent situated on a quiet road close to sea front. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 15 mins walk from the hotel.
