Generous breakfast with unlimited juice and fresh milk and toast. Marvellous and unbeatable location of the hotel, near the sea front as well as shops, restaurants and bars.

The location offered was good not far from the shops, tower, central pier ect, the tower and pleasure beach and Blackpool on a hen party.

Very friendly and welcoming staff with a smile. Exceptional service and excellent value. Good facilities, parking nearby.

The hotel's position was marvellous and fantastic, very close to the centre of blackpool. Besides, it was so close to the shops, tower, central pier ect and the tower and pleasure beach.

My room was compact and spacious and complete with nice comfy bed and all the required amenities. All the services were helpful.

I had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was generous and sensational with fresh milk and unlimited juice, for example and attention to detail. Blackpool International airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building just next door to Blackpool, the shops, tower, central pier ect and the centre of Blackpool. Adequate room with a great full english breakfast and nice comfy bed for a really great stay with fantastic service from Lynn and Paul. Central location, not very far from Promenade. Also, close to everything...

Everything was great and within 10 minutes' drive of Blackpool International airport. The breakfast was generous and sensational, with a good choice of meals:)))

Moreover, free wifi was great.

Well, it was a wonderful stay for us. Reasonable base for exploring Blackpool.

The entire experience was GREAT. We liked having a kitchen.

Some of popular places such as blackpool tower were right by this venue. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose park villa. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly: )
