Terrific customer service provided. Good fruit juice, toast, and cereals. The incredibly kind and accommodating staff working throughout the hotel.

The staff is pretty friendly, the breakfast sensational, the location is exceptionally nice just next door to north pier / tower, and Blackpool as well as other areas. It's modern with super beds and magnificent views.

The staff was nice and really kind, whenever I needed help. The family room was perfectly comfortable on the double beds. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that lovely and great breakfast included coffee, tea, toast, and cereals.

Overall it was impeccably clean and functional, with a functional bathroom.

The exceptionally nice location was right at a sculpture gallery. The staff were amazingly kind and amiable and provided great service. Got good little and well laid out room with a very comfy bed when arrived, loved that.

It was in a great and fab location minutes away from Gynn Square. I visited bars and a zoo near the hotel.

I was offered a sensational breakfast with vegetarian option too. The rooms were new-fashioned and compact with functional bathrooms.

I spent here 1 great day and will be back. Fabulous family-friendly hotel, I appreciated its family ambiance. The location was great and fab, close to everything I will definitely come back there, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Everyone is pretty friendly and incredibly kind and owner too. Glad I took twin room, it was brand-new and decent size. The beds are extremely comfy, the breakfast is sensational.

This accommodation was in the central location close enough to all the main attractions. The room was tiny and with exceptionally comfortable beds. I think the hotel was brilliant and little, would stay here again.

My room was exceptionally clean and compact with a functional bathroom. The exceptional service and the attention to detail! Got extra hot chocolate when I needed.

Impeccably clean and compact units with coffee tea tissues bottled water, essentials, for instance, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel had a central setting in a running event.

Everything was amazing, particularly good location adjacent to various attractions, tram stops, good cooked breakfast, clean rooms filled with essentials and wifi for the guests and sea front and tram/bus, pleasant experience.

We got the family room and it was modern. The location was marvellous and fab, to everything in Blackpool, in the domestic area. Popped in A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill for shots before sleep, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Double room I stayed at was nice cosy and extremely pleasant with comfy beds. The breakfast offered fruit juices, toast and cereal. The location was perfect and excellent, near tram or bus, the seafront, and the tram stop and the bus stop.

It is a fabulous hotel with nice interior design, decent location so close to Bloomfield Road stadium, beach, tram and centre and the centre of Blackpool. The staff is fairly friendly and amazingly kind, as well as host.

The hotel had a central location and it was so close to Gynn Square. And the area was nice quiet, right by local transport.

The hotel was lovely, nevertheless I stayed for 1 night only. The rooms were new-fashioned and spotless, had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The breakfast was lovely and great, especially coffee, tea, toast, and cereals. The service was exceptional and the food was lovely. Services included free Wi-Fi. I really enjoyed the city and property, would have stayed for longer.

The breakfast included cereal and toast for everyone. Liked the price of our family room and its essentials. The location was magnificent and brilliant for visiting bars and restaurants near the hotel. Local fast food option Derby Supper Bar was 10 minutes walk away.

You can have toast and cereal for breakfast. The staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is family.

Make sure to get large double room with a fan, coffee making facilities, for example.

The bathrooms are very small.
