The breakfast was lovely with toast and a full English with a pot of tea and other options available too and served by the amicable staff.

The units were large and freshly decorated with 2 single beds. Glad to have a small fridge, a storage, and coffee.

Really nice building and rooms with bunk beds. Enjoyable options for breakfast. Particularly good and lovely location just off bars, shopping centre and tower and north and central piers, Coral Island and the main shops yet situated in a quiet section of town, fab food.

The location was great - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was pleasant which made us feel welcome.

Fantastic and exceptionally clean place, the rooms are large and newly furnished. The staff - pleasant and pretty friendly. A mini-fridge, a storage, and coffee in the room, great location. Lovely and marvellous breakfast, gorgeous food choice. Private parking on site provided. Not to mention free wifi!

The breakfast was marvellous, the stuff was absolutely excellant, the grounds where exceptionally clean. The superior triple room was stylish and great-sized with the sink was siliconed into the unit. The services were incredible.

Booked it for 2 days and had a great experience. The breakfast had a lot of options, including coffee, tea, cereal, and fruit. The setting was marvellous, just next door to the town centre / beach, and all nightlife, tower. Btw, a huge observation wheel was placed just 1 km from the hotel.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Blackpool. Got single room with 2 single beds as expected, truly enjoyed it. Generally everything was second to none, but the bathroom was tired. The location was excellent in Blackpool thanks to the Residence.

The location was unbeatable, for example, a 120th-tallest freestanding tower was within walking distance of the hotel. I was happy, the family room I booked came with ample toiletries and talking of breakfast plus the bar.

I had a family room and it was immaculate in the sink. Very central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus. I was surprised at nearby Munchys Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks;))
