Booked a room with lovely views, and the staff were pleasant and outstandingly accommodating people with manager who apologised. There were a safe box and a carpet, which was great. Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus. I also had quick access to Gynn Square.

This hotel is quiet little and cheerful, has amicable employees with manager who apologised.

The room was fantastic and wonderful with new chair, loved it. A safe and a carpet were useful. The setting was marvellous, near the roundabout next to the tram stop, blackpool centre and taxi. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from a 19th - century pier.

We had a really enjoyable experience. The food was delightful and the staff were amicable.

The room was good-sized, perfect with the lovely view. The design was modern. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, close enough to tram as well as Blackpool Pleasure beach. Also, a restored Victorian pier was 2 km away:)))

Overall had such great stay for £ 5 per person we enjoyed our visit and hope to come back soon. The stuff where all outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly. Got the same impeccably clean room with new chair booked online, loved that. The location was particularly good, only a short distance to Gynn Square.

All in all we loved warm room with TV, the lovely view, as example. Everything seemed great, clean. All the facilities were great!

Within walking distance of genting casino blackpool. Nice beds for a good sleep. Perfect breakfast. We enjoyed the fact that we chose rose hotel and spa.
