I was upgraded to tidy twin room with all the facilities. The location of the property was great and fab, close to north pier.

The hotel had a great and fab position, in a quiet area.

It was surely a real good stay on Christmas night. Everything was really good, excellant stuff, ideal location just off the North shore very near the promenade, all the bright lights and pubs and the promenade. The breakfast meal was absolutely superb with milk orange juice and toast.

Have stayed here many times and would return here. Homely and hospitable hotel, helpful stuff, really enjoyed the fab location just next door to The Rowan as a spur of the minute impulse break for easter, and the sea front and trams. We where offered excellant breakfast options with milk orange juice and toast, as for instance.

The hotel was in an incredible location, local to the tram stop. It was just a short stroll away from Derby Supper Bar, serving fast food.

It offered us peaceful location close enough to the tram stop at the cliffs as well as Blackpool for a funeral rather than pleasure. North Shore district was worth visiting.

We had a FINE stay that met expectations, would stay here again. We enjoyed big beds. Its food was brilliant, with plenty of meals.
