Truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay. The room I booked was great value for money and well-organised with double beds & single beds, balcony, for instance. The breakfast I had was delicious with bacon and toast, as for instance. The whole experience was outstanding.

Wi-Fi was average, made me a little nervous.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, very close to seafront. The rooms of our place were impeccable with private bathroom, everything was wonderful. The service was brilliant, no complains at all, it was just what we needed.

The room was compact and modern, had smoke detectors for the safety.

The staff we met were a bit rude.

Tidy, excellent value hotel, its location was perfect and excellent and so close to Blackpool Tower, Coral Island and Madame Tussauds and the esplanade in a maximum of 5 minutes. Recently refurbished rooms complete with double beds, a TV plus fresh towels, very friendly staff.

English breakfast available with toast and bacon overcooked by about 10 minutes, as for instance. Bright room, lovely bed and a perfect decor.

Little hotel, stunning location and brilliant service. Gorgeous and very very good breakfast with a wide range of hot/cold dishes.

The location turned out to be marvellous and incredible, just next door to the south pier and pleasure beach as well as Blackpool Tower. Overall it was budget, with a separate bathroom.

Outstanding experience, the hotel is homey with perfect location near to the beach. Brand-new and tastefully decorated room with the bedroom, great cooked breakfast, as for instance. A wide array of food for breakfast including toast and cereal.

Compact rooms with balcony and courteous staff, everything was good.

Great value unit with a microwave oven and an electric kettle. Unbeatable, fantastic location next to promenade. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

It boasts great location near the south and central piers and the park and tram stop.

The rooms were decent size and modern with storage space, comfy beds, as example, nothing too much trouble. The team provided an exceptional service. I used private parking on site.

Got king room with a tv when arrived, truly enjoyed that. It was spotless, had perfect décor.

Perfect and magnificent location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. And the area was nice enough, just off shops close to pleasure beach as well as the south pier and pleasure beach.

The rooms impeccable, gorgeous with a GLORIFIED BROOM CUPBOARD, biscuits plus a large private balcony. Pretty building, great location just off clubs and hen/stag and beach and shops close to pleasure beach. Again, not far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

The room was great value for money and brand-new and complete with large balcony, double beds, for instance. The breakfast had a good choice of food, including good toast and cereal.

Couldn't recommend more this place and would definitely go again. The setting was perfect, really close to Blackpool Tower, Coral Island and Madame Tussauds, south and central pier and the sea. Also, an amusement park was 2 km away from the hotel. Though some of the staff were very chatty, I had a very enjoyable stay.

This accommodation had a very central setting near tram stop. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous with decent quality ingredients; and the staff was IMPECCABLE.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating, iron and ironing board inside the room. I enjoyed the employees, they were polite and exceptional. The location was fab, at a walking distance from Blackpool Football Club. Btw, the airport was 5 km away.

Its location was perfect, just off the seafront as well as Close to all the main attractions of Blackpool. And it was at a walking distance from Sandcastle Waterpark.

We were very pleased with the tidy room with balcony. Kind staff did a great job. Blackpool International airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car.

The location was central, next to promenade, Blackpool and shops close to pleasure beach. The hotel was at the end of the road, as I expected. The breakfast was delicious with quality produce, offered cereal and toast.

The location was peaceful, close to Blackpool Football Club. Further, it was next to the esplanade in a maximum of 5 minutes, and tower. Had good sleep at the twin room with large balcony, the bedroom, comfy beds. I loved the breakfast, specially cereal and toast.

Overall it was bright and budget with balcony. A microwave oven and an electric kettle were very handy.

It was in a very central setting virtually on the sea front walking distance from the pleasure beach. Excellent service was provided.

Asked for the family room and it was ready when we arrived. The staff members were exceptional and knowledgeable.

Quiet hotel, family atmosphere, we felt at home. The room had its own balcony. And it's not too far away from downtown:)))
