The property was fairly clean and beautiful. The room was airy with extra pillows, a bath plus TV, had the best night sleep. Really friendly staff was available all the time. Dinner and breakfast food was lovely. It had good and perfect location, just off north pier and prom and bus stops and access to lots of walking places. Besides, a restored Victorian pier was 2 km away from the property.

This hotel was great value, seeing price-lists in other hotels. The weather was lovely, had good stay. The room seemed to be great-sized and freshly decorated with very good services. The location was marvellous in a very quite area, just off the beach and town centre, the main areas. I enjoyed nearby A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill, they had nice drinks.

The room felt very clean, breakfast service was friendly! Also, we could visit madame tussauds blackpool wax museum, it was 10 minutes' drive away.
