Everything was first-class with beautifully presented rooms. Delicious and marvellous breakfast for the start of the day with home made bread. Magnificent, stunning location so close to the North pier, a nice area and a tram stop in Blackpool. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Bamford Edge. Really had fine stay for a long weekend in a couple of months time.

The venue was in a central location just off a tram stop at the bottom of the street, a nice area, and the beach and the promenade/tram stops. Overall it was spotless and contemporary, with a shared bathroom.

Definitely, there was breakfast missing.

Simply stunning, perfectly clean hotel, excellent value. Delicious and amazing breakfasts, with homemade bread. Absolutely perfect location in a nice quiet area not far from the Tower and the Pleasure Beach and the sea front.

The family room is immaculate and has a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. Welcoming and nice staff, the breakfasts are delicious with homemade bread.

Unbeatable, peaceful location in Blackpool Centre district just off a main tram stop as well as Promenade. Well presented room overall, on the double bed. Delicious and marvellous breakfast selection with home made bread.

Perfect and magnificent location, it was very close to a tram stop, Tower and Pleasure beach and all the attractions.

We would definitely go again for a really great experience. Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room on the double bed. The location is incredible, very close to the seaside.

Fab location near to main sea front, it's central. The units are fabulous, perfect on the double bed.

We stayed in a family room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing, had a great selection of food.

All in all everything was perfect, had a great stay for a long weekend in a couple of months time. We had the deluxe queen room which was modern and luxurious on the double bed. It offered us marvellous and incredible location very close to Winter Gardens, and the beach.

The hotel is overall clean and the rooms are beautifully presented. The breakfast itself is delicious and marvellous with homemade bread. The employees are attentive and excellent. The setting is absolutely perfect and excellent, so close to the beach and the promenade/tram stops, and the Tower, nice quiet area. For lunch or dinner go to Frenchies, located just next door to the venue.

The location close to main sea front was particularly good. We had a family room with comfy bed and a TV set, a hair dryer, and a kettle.

The location was unbeatable and stunning, just off shops as well as a nice quiet area. I had deluxe queen room which was top-class, very clean bed.

We stay there regularly and would come back for sure, everything was wonderful. The breakfast options are very very good with home made bread. Make sure you stay in the FAMILY room with a great bathroom as well as a comfy bed.

I was upgraded to a new-fashioned deluxe double room with an adjoining bathroom. The experience was such great and I would definitely go again.

I had an excellent stay in a long time. It was impeccably clean with fairly friendly staff. The location was particularly good for exploring this nice quiet area, right by Winter Gardens as well as Tower and Pleasure beach. What's more, there was Coral Island Amusement Center just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel location was great and incredible in walking distance of all attractions. Plus, it was just off a tram stop at the bottom of the street, town centre and the Tower and the Pleasure Beach.

Everything in this spotlessly clean hotel was perfect. The breakfast food was delicious, the staff were affable! Its location not very far from Blackpool Football Club was good.

Had a fantastic stay for a long weekend in a couple of months time, everything was great. Got the same family room booked online with the double bed, bathroom, amazing breakfast. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns was a bonus. Great and incredible location near to central pier, and all attractions, I felt safe.

We were given a double room, it was contemporary and high standard. Shared bathrooms, that included a bathtub. Its location at a medium distance from Coral Island Amusement Center was unbeatable.

The room I booked was comfy and impressive with a comfy bed, the fans and the fridge. The food was appetising and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

Totally really great stay for a long weekend in a couple of months time. Small hotel in a lovely area of Blackpool. Marvellous location to Central Beach. Exceptional and tidy units available with fresh clean bedding, Tea coffee and fresh towels.

Rooms are new-fashioned with Tea coffee as well as mini fridge, food is delightful. A special thanks to attentive staff.

Don’t have any issues at all.

We could walk to blackpool illuminations as it was only 1 km away. Bloomfield Chippy, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Strongly recommend for everyone...
