Nice and pleasant staff as one would expect. The breakfasts are excellent in the hotel, with toast and hash brown and black pudding.

It was in a great and fab location so close to train station and shops, Blackpool tower and main shops and all entertainments.

Had really good stay for 3 nights with dedicated staff and fantastic location very close to North station. Brand-new room which had a hair dryer, a safe box, and an iron. Modern decor and bed was comfy.

The room was well laid out and had coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. The food available for full English breakfast was great.

Particularly good location for visiting bars and pubs. Excellent service from the staff.

The team provided a good service. Had double room with drinks as well as a very comfortable bed to ensure we had a very nice stay. The location was marvellous and lovely on tram for the "Cabin" stop.

The venue was set in the central position close enough to the Winter Gardens, North Pier and Tower, and Blackpool for over 50 years. Btw, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium.

The breakfast was fantastic and gorgeous, it offered variety of good food. The room we booked was stocked and large with toiletries as described.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was well-organised with with toiletries, lovely touches including an array of toiletries, as example, had good night sleep. The hotel was in the central setting tho right next to the gay bars.

The room I booked was spotless and provided with large shower and toiletries plus nice touches. I was pleased with good service.

The units are nicely furnished, stocked with comfy bed. The hotel's location is great, adjacent to railway station, recommended eating establishments allofwhich proved to be excellent and jams and spreads.

I had very pleasant food for breakfast with quality ingredients. The hotel had a central setting close to the train station.

Its location is particularly good and fab also very close to North station. The breakfast is fantastic served with hash brown and 3 juices. No complaints, we would stay here again.

I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the excellent and unbeatable location tho right next to the gay bars. For evening meal I visited Mchalls Bistro, since it was close to the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed the room on the lower floors, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was sensational with quality ingredients, the best I had in Blackpool. This hotel was set in a very central area close to the " Big One ", Winter Gardens, North Pier and Tower and North Pier. Plus, a famous Victorian entertainment complex was located in the immediate surroundings. Tbh, had a warm stay for 3 nights.

Some people working there were not so friendly.

The location was marvellous and fab - ease of access to Blackpool Central Library. The staff were extremely great; we had an early check-in.

Had a very nice stay for 3 nights, everything was amazing. The breakfast was incredible, had a good choice of food. All the employees were incredibly welcoming and amicable. That hotel was in a marvellous and fab location, near the station. Dined at Al-Amir Indian Cuisine, it was not very far from the venue.

The room was brand-new and good-sized with drinks, high quality bed linen, a great sized bathroom, we felt like at home. The hotel was beautifully designed, we had a lovely time and would stay here again.

The location was unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from an art gallery. This hotel was in a fairly nice area adjacent to the beach, and the party area with funny girls ma Kelly's. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was spotless with comfortable bed.

I've chosen this nicely decorated and fabulous hotel for staying here with my partner. Liked the executive king room, it was stocked the time I came in.

We thoroughly enjoyed the lounge bar. Excellent owner running the hotel. Moreover, it had parking nearby.

The entire experience was nice. Blackpool tower very close to the hotel was a big bonus. Breakfast was really ASTONISHING with many choices. Nothing beats being in valentine.
