The hotel is brilliant with pleasant staff and street views. The deluxe room is compact and has a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and TV.

The breakfast was incredible, we enjoyed a lot of meals. The staff is smart as well as hotel's owner.

Had a nice stay on holiday, everything was fab. The breakfast was great and well presented. After a long drive the smart and amiable staff was waiting for us. Its location was perfect and magnificent to the coach station.

Its location is unbeatable, next to all the local amenities, the beach and theme park/water park and trams, and food places. Distance to the restaurant takes 200 metres.

The breakfast was lovely and great, with variety of goodies. Most staff were affable, bright rooms.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, excellent service. Recently refurbished room, that also was neat with en suite comfy bed. The staff was fairly friendly and really helpful and we would like to go back here again.

A great selection of food at the absolutely fantastic and lovely breakfast. Very clean beds, newly decorated rooms.

When I am in Blackpool, I like staying here. It's an ideal hotel, the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is great! A deluxe room has basic facilities you need. The location is excellent and lovely, even in the sea Brrrrrrrr.

All in all everything was fine, had a brilliant stay on holiday.

Enjoyed Blackpool, the hotel was fabulous away from the zoo.

Excellent service, parking outside. The location great near the fair to. And close to pleasure Beach, sandcastles and South pier as well as seafront.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location just off south pier and the sea Brrrrrrrr. Also, in quite area.

It had stunning location with access to Grosvenor Casino Blackpool nearby. The staff were smart and affable all the time;))

Overall it was a lovely stay on holiday.

Our room was neat and compact provided with really comfortable mattresses, en suite comfy bed, for example. The hotel staff was pleasant, not annoying.

The location is incredible and decent, relatively near an amusement park. The hotel staff are pleasant and kind.

The location is unbeatable and amazing, 1 km from Arcade. The breakfast is satisfactory with plenty of dishes. Staff is pleasant and informative and you can park your car outside.
