Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place. Had a really nice stay for my short visit, glad I've chosen it. Excellent staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

Its location is incredible, right by south pier, the pleasure beach and water parks and restaurants, good area. The staff is excellent friendly and excellent, and the host too. Family room is beautiful little, has a large bathroom.

Location: perfect, just off the Sandcastle Water Park and Pleasure Beach, and all attraction. Excellent service, excellent and really polite staff. Overall quiet atmosphere.

Descent place overall, it is clean, location is great by the tower. The double room is airy with shower gel, refreshments, for example.

I had very nice days staying at this lovely family run hotel. Clean and the staff was excellent. I was upgraded to double superior and reasonably large superior family room with very comfortable beds.

That hotel was in a fab location, right next to everything. It was also right by trams and bus, and Pleasure Beach which where both on a matter of minutes walk away from the accommodation.

I had BRILLIANT food for breakfast with good quality food. The location was marvellous - close enough to bars and restaurants. Besides, the area was great, next to Sandcastle Waterpark.

The folks working here were amazing and obliging. The unit we got was airy with chocolates, refreshments plus fan.

i booked it many times and would recomand. it was nice comfy base for travelling to blackpool, i was glad to stay there. i loved a beautiful decor and spotless bathroom.
