The room was decent size and immaculate and the bed there was very comfy. The bathroom was nice, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The staff is lovely, polite. The rooms are neat and generally offer central heating, an ironing set, and TV.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was fantastic, had excellent location near the south end of the promenade.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a really amazing fit. Really nice building, we really enjoyed a decent size and bright rooms. The hotel was placed in the central location on a quiet street off the Prom close to St Chad's tram stop. Dessert restaurant Notarianni Ice Cream located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The bar was great.

Liked spending my time in this fairly clean family-friendly hotel. I've booked queen room and everything was perfect. The bed was very comfy & the staff was polite. Brilliant location very close to the beach was a plus. There was Blue Oceans Restaurant a minute walk from the property. It offered excellent service and fine food too.

All in all, it was cosy base for travelling to Blackpool. We were greeted by FRIENDLY owner. This bed and breakfast has a favourable location. Besides, parking meant a lot.

Blue oceans restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

for dinner we chose indian palace, that was 500 metres from the hotel. we loved service and comfort, the venue had everything we required for our trip.
