Tasty breakfast with plenty of options, brilliant and fairly clean place. Marvellous location close to a tram station, easy to get around. Positioned in the nice quiet area. Incredibly nice, amicable staff towards all guests.

I got the double room, it was new-fashioned and functional. The location was great, easy to walk to everything, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Had excellent stay for return visit and the weather was very good. The location was fantastic - really close to the centre serviced by buses and trams, and quiet tram station. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Hordron Edge Stone Circle.

I had a twin room included with a good view, slippers plus super comfy beds.

The bed was a bit small, unfortunately.

We had an enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast with fresh coffee and nice friendly atmosphere, for example included 2 sausages. The location was marvellous and lovely - right by all the main bars, quiet tram station and the desert. All of the staff were amicable, flexible.

My stay here was wonderful. This place was brilliant in general with an excellent and affable staff team. I appreciated my spotless and en suite room. The hotel's location was magnificent, short walk to centre, the promenade, sea and sands and trams, and the seafront and the trams.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a good working shower. Daily eggs and bacon for breakfast were good.

Really enjoyed an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was exceptional. Moreover, we parked the car on street.

I tried some drinks at restaurant A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill, located 5 minutes walk away. I got well decorated room with coffee, a TV set, and a hair dryer.

I had a nice size room with central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a work desk. I were offered good eggs and bacon. The location was unbeatable and the breakfast was nice hot.

It has excellent and affable employees. The breakfast is gorgeous, and the location is fantastic very close to promenade at north shore, the garden area, and the North Pier.

the accommodation was homely with pleasant and attentive staff. i had spotless, immaculate room complete with the fluffiest towels ever, lovely furnishings, as example. plenty of food at breakfast, such as cereal, toast and pastries. besides, parking was available on street. the honesty bar was relaxing and the drinks were hot.
