Great hotel in a very quite area really close to sea front, the tram stop on the beach front which was ideal and all the main attractions. The welcoming staff working throughout the venue. Brilliant location relatively close to Water of Leith Walkway.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location, away from all the usual tourist areas.

The breakfast we ordered was sensational with the home made marmalade, poached eggs, juice. It was an incredible and amazing location nearby a tram station.

The location is particularly good, really close to local Restaurants, the tower and town centre and tram and bus. And it's in a quiet street.

Excellent breakfast, thanks a lot. It has lovely and magnificent location on the sea front. It's also close to buses, the tram stop on the beach front which was ideal, and the promenade. Excellent service and the food is good. In fact, there is great internet.

The room was not only newly remodelled, but en suite too, and had central heating, a work desk, and television. The hotel was in an incredible and amazing location, nearby a tram station. The service was perfect, I had 2 good nights here. The staff were excellent and welcoming, nothing too much trouble.

The weather was lovely, had delightful stay for 2 nights. This was my 2nd stay, they offered superior king room with a view of the tower. Brilliant location straight to the promenade was a plus. Furthermore, it was relatively near National Football Museum.

Thoroughly enjoyed how well presented the property was. Our king room came with with bedroom as well as hot drinks. The breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of lovely food. The location was fab and wonderful - ease of access to Dean Village.

The location for Blackpool was perfect and exceptionally nice, right by the North Pier, tram Station, and the tower and town centre. Excellent breakfasts with poached eggs and cereal, as for instance, everyone could try something new.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice because it was next to town centre, all buses and trams and shore and tram.

Had fantastic stay for 2 nights and the weather was lovely. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and artworks in the ideal and fantastic. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. Brilliant location near to transport including tram Station made it easy to get to key attractions. I was happy to find Ciao Ciao, it was not too far away from the hotel and served nice food.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and excellent, ready to any request. The hotel's location was perfect and nice, close enough to Blackpool and local Restaurants. Lucky that it was not too far from Derby Supper Bar, offering food to go.

Fashionable, reasonably large rooms complete with a really comfortable bed, bedroom and a view of the tower. Superb and excellent breakfasts with cereal, homemade marmalade, cerials. Particularly good and fab location, right by Gynn Square.

Have stayed at this bnb several times and would definitely visit it again. Surely a great experience in a deluxe property. The host is friendly. Moreover, hotel's parking is nearby. Good location, 15 minutes' drive from Blackpool International airport:)))
