Had a really lovely stay here. I greatly enjoyed the room in his book, the bed was very clean. There was a large bar with great service.

The rooms are spotless and newly decorated with a very high toilet, iron, as for instance.

The family room is en suite and has tea/coffee and coffee. The stuff are amicable, and the atmosphere is family.

I appreciated affable personnel that ensures guests have a really really nice stay. The ambiance is family. Family room is modern, has a clean bathroom.

Amazing place overall, it is exceptionally clean, location is particularly good and fantastic to the place or to the train station. Make sure you stay in the queen room with lovely comfortable bed. The staff are lovely friendly and very attentive and deserve a 3-star rating. We would come here again as had a very lovely time and enjoyed the hotel.

Our stay was a very very good experience. We got a room with a bathtub.

The room was great value and well-equipped with good beds, a very high toilet plus bedroom for a real good stay by our next visit.

The location was good and unbeatable and at the end of the road. Distance to the airport was just 5 km. In overall the room was spotless and recently refurbished and with all the necessary facilities as well as a nice shower.

Well-run, fairly clean venue with great location near to the promenade as well as shops and parking a short distance away. Fabulous food combined with a helpful service.

We were upgraded to family room with all the facilities on check in. The service was terrific, the food was fabulous.

The breakfast was sensational with many choices. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away. We recommend this hotel, spent here very comfortable 4 nights.

Make sure you stay in the family room with otherwise very clean pillows on bed was really hard, lovely comfortable bed and the TV.

The breakfast was sensational and there was plenty of food to choose from. The hotel was in a fantastic location right by the tower and pleasure beach, and Blackpool in the interests of tourists.

The location was perfect and fantastic for exploring this fairly quiet area, short walk to the promenade, blackpool for 18yrs, and South Pier, and the Town Centre. Had tea and goodies at Coffee and Cake, nestled 1 km of the hotel. I got the double room, it was recently renovated and great value for money. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of food.

Would definitely come back there, our stay was really nice. The venue is amazing and lovely with superbly friendly stuff.

The food was fabulous with a lot of choice! The hotel was near to the tower, shops pubs the promenade, and Pleasure Beach, Zoo thanks to its unbeatable and magnificent location.

It was in a magnificent location so close to shops and parking a short distance away as well as Pleasure Beach, Zoo. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel.

The location was excellent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Popped in Dog & Partridge for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue.

Liked this family-friendly hotel: good food and helpful and amiable staff. Stayed in queen room with a very high toilet which was perfect for me. Got an excellent breakfast served. The location was central, decent in a separate area etc. Besides, it was 15 min walk from a 19th-century pier.

I took a neat and welcoming room with double bed, pillows on bed, for instance. An electric kettle and fridges were available. Location: the hotel was next to amusements, all the Piers, and Blackpool. Quick bites Indian Palace was located 5 minutes walk away.

Loved spending my time in this spotlessly clean good budget hotel. There was a huge bar on site.

Had a fine stay by our next visit, would stay here again. The staff were amiable and accommodating, everything was perfect. You could leave a car nearby. The location was incredible and brilliant, 15 minutes' walk to the centre. Besides, the area was quiet, next to Paris Casino.

The location was fab, not too far away from Coral Island Amusement Center. Had essentials needed in the family room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The accommodation had a central location easy to get to the sea front. There was Golden Bowl nearby to grab something to eat. The room was tidy with an own bathroom. Very clean beds, the staff were amicable and accommodating: D

This hotel was good home base for exploring Blackpool, really loved it. Only 15 min walk to downtown. They had AMAZING breakfast with plenty of items to choose from.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

staff was helpful, marvellous breakfast. we enjoyed our coffee with goodies at teapot cafe. rooms were tidy. furthermore, free wi fi was a great addition. we would love to stay here again, as the hotel suited the needs.
