Soundproof room, beautifully decorated with comfortable bathrooms.

This is pleasant and fairly clean hotel with budget rooms and nice staff. Its location is marvellous and brilliant, just next door to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfy hotel with the welcoming staff.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we will come back.

The food is delightful. The hotel has marvellous and brilliant location near the centre of Blackpool. Excellent service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi.

Ideal and nice location to the main area of blackpool was a plus. Besides, I explored Mathew Street just a short walk away from the hotel. The room was great value for money and lovely little and with private bathroom. Everything was really good.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. It was beautifully decorated, very clean bed.

Nothing too much trouble, loved this place and would recomand. We booked functional and large room with kettle or bed, half decent furniture plus private bathroom.

The hotel is overall clean, has reasonable prices, its location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice just next door to Blackpool tower. The staff are very helpful and excellent, giving their best to make the stay a really lovely experience. Offers very good service and delightful food. Moreover it has fast wifi to surf the net etc.

Incredibly comfortable and easy position in the busy area, close to train station / attractions, the beachfront and close to bars. Besides, easy to get to English lights festival, only 5 minutes walk. Pleasant street view, great value for money room.

All in all great setting just next door to the tower and coral island, and the popular attractions including the Illuminations. Lovely staff, free wake up service and ironing. Quiet and cheap room & lovely bed.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - at a moderate distance from a famous Victorian entertainment complex. We found it in a great area near blackpool tower, shops, restaurants ans sea and town centre.

Appreciated how cheerful the property was. We had double room with private bathroom, a double bed, for instance. The location was brilliant and decent for walking around Coral Island Amusement Center. What's more, it was just next door to shops and the beach, and quiet. In general the service was nice. This hotel met the needs, we recommend to all.

This was a good stay with fantastic service, reasonable prices. The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a busy area, right by bars and clubs, Blackpool, and shops. The staff was kind plus the location was brilliant and handy. Stopped by Munchys Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

The location was unbeatable and fab, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Opera House Event Venue. It was a crowded area, a nice base for me. By the way, I paid extra gbp 9 per day to park the car.

Helpful staff, nice location, very clean rooms. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. 10 mins walk to the centre. There's king edward vii with nice shots right at the venue.

Within 5 mins walk to blackpool tower and near to other tourist sites. Red Pepper, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel❤👌
