The most important - great and magnificent location close enough to the centre. And next to tram or bus, blackpool in many years close to beach and train station.

Tidy hotel, appreciated to be next to a tram or bus into the hustle and bustle as well as Blackpool thanks to particularly good and lovely location. Our room was budget and modern, included with a shower and bottled water plus soaps etc, had a very nice stay. The breakfast selection was delicious with fried bread and great options and toast.
