We had the family room which was extremely spacious with a comfy bed.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and close to the south and centre pier. Please let the polite and welcoming stuff know of our gratefulness for an excellent stay. We spent 1 night and would love to go back.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a brilliant stay. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall fresh. I booked a family room with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. The property's location was decent, right in the centre of everything.

Marvellous and brilliant position in the nice area, very close to the South and Central Pier, and the beach on the way home. Besides, easy access to Thomas Cubitt Statue. Lovely beds in our quadruple room.

The stay at this nice hotel was a memorable one. I asked for a quadruple room and the one given was compact and immaculate. Central heating, an ironing set, and coffee and tea making equipment were appreciated. Had very central location right in the centre of everything. Tried some nice meals at Aarzoo's Soul Food, located not too far from the property. I thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in this property.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. Appreciated our immaculate room with a comfy bed and the staff were affable. It had perfect and magnificent location not too far from St Peter.

The place was fantastic and amazing and the staff were very kind, the location was great near to the Sea Front. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed it. The rooms were immaculate and perfect, had smoke detectors for safety.

It had a beautiful and fantastic location right by the south and central piers. Besides, we wanted to visit a 19th-century pier, that was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, DELICIOUS breakfast. Ideal place to stay for a family. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Pool was included too.
