Booked a room with nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom or shower. Had all necessary amenities, coffee and a hair dryer.

The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

Booked it for 1 day and had a such great experience. The staff were perfect and nice and food was brilliant. Nothing to complain about, really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely go back.

The hotel was situated in the very central location very close to the town centre. Overall the staff was easygoing and friendly.

The food was excellent, with a wide array of options. This hotel was set in a very central area right by the town centre and all amenities, winter gardens and tower and shopping centre.

Really friendly and easy going staff & overall cheerful place to stay. Magnificent and unbeatable location right by coral Island near Tower, easy to get anywhere. Easy walk to Manchester Town Hall. Good-sized unit with toiletries, nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom plus the bedroom. Lots of excellent options for meal.

The setting was marvellous, really close to the sea. Also, the hotel was within easy walking distance of The Wave Project.

Great value place to stay with free internet. Large room with very good bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows. Extremely comfy bed, central heating, iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making equipment. What an easygoing staff!

The location was good and lovely, right opposite to the Coral island with easy access to a shopping centre and fairgrounds. This hotel was gorgeous and I would return there.

The room was not only brand-new, but good sized too, and had central heating, iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making equipment. The bed was comfy, we loved it and slept well. The view was fantastic, the staff was easygoing and helpful.

Its location was excellent, to enjoy the entertainment, and in a very nice area. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Rosso that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We had a brand-new king room with a nice view, shower, as for instance.

Had just perfect experience, the room I stayed in was brand-new with the bedroom and the TV. I greatly enjoyed a fresh decor. Its location was excellent and ideal, close to coral island. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from a public park.

Appreciated our christmas here and will be back. Stayed here for 4 nights with our son, had an excellent stay. The location turned out to be great and lovely, close to the town centre, and amusements and bars. Besides, we wanted to visit National Football Museum, that was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It's a gorgeous place, reasonably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed easygoing personnel that ensures guests have a perfect stay. Absolutely perfect setting, it's really close to close to amusements and bars and the main attractions.

I greatly enjoyed staying here. I had 1 night in Blackpool, spending the time here lovely. The staff was easygoing and helpful, as well as host. I got a marvellous breakfast with generous portions. The location in a very very nice area was perfect and magnificent. After long day I visited King Edward Vii for a couple of drinks.

The venue is placed in a central position close to the sea. Need to add that there's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like Dg's Fish Inn, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

King room was brand-new and large had hypoallergenic pillows. I really enjoyed their comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and amiable and the location was lovely to all the piers.

This is a hotel go-to for Blackpool! Wonderful and overall clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is ideal. It has both helpful and excellent staff. The location is perfect and magnificent, just a short stroll away from The Winter Gardens.

I had perfect days staying at this cheap hotel. Overall it was tidy and themed with a great view.

The location was unbeatable, steps away from Illuminations. It was located 5 minutes walk from the downtown.
