Greatly enjoyed the room for our teenage children, my bed was very comfy. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities were much appreciated.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with exceptional and pleasant staff in all areas. We had an updated twin room and a satisfactory breakfast. The location was great - right by great local amenities, the beach and town centre, and the town centre and the tram stop.

Well presented and gorgeous place with excellent staff. Marvellous position walk from a train station. Only 15 min walk to downtown.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous location next to gay clubs and amusements. Exceptional staff in all areas, everything is great. They serve delicious food, have a huge variety of options to choose from.

I had a great stay. My room with bedroom as well as a lovely double bed was huge and big size. This accommodation had a central setting very close to the train station. Visited Gynn Square, one of the tourist spots, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Airy rooms and decent sized with a lovely double bed, the chest of drawers, bedroom. Satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of delicacies and very attentive stuff.

Everything was perfect, amiable staff, magnificent location close to the North Pier and Tower, and the seafront. Lovely building and rooms with a lovely double bed.

Overall it was extremely spacious, with a shared bathroom. The location was marvellous and handy for my stay. Moreover, the area was beautiful.

It offers amazing services. Also, you can use free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We enjoyed this place. We had a real good trip with sensational breakfast. The accommodation was within walking distance of a tram station.

Its location near bars and restaurants was marvellous. And it was at a walking distance from Mchalls Bistro, ate there couple of times. The breakfast had lots of excellent food and drinks.

Rooms are decent sized and updated with bedroom, a lovely double bed, for example, food is EXCELLENT. The location of the hotel is excellent, adjacent to beach, Pier and the town centre and the tram stop.

The location was magnificent close to the sea and met needs. Further, it was near the North Pier and Tower, North Pier, and the tram stop.

I really enjoyed suite on the chest of drawers. The location was good and absolutely perfect as it was very close to pubs and restaurants. Had some takeaway meals at Finesse Fish & Chips, set very close to the hotel, I couldn't resist.

The setting was pretty bad.

This excellent little and gorgeous hotel had central setting near everything. It was huge, large and for our teenage children. We was there before and will be back.

Totally good stay on her first holiday. Pleasant staff, fairly clean hotel, airy and updated room. Perfect location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from St John's Church. Lots of places to visit, such as bars and pubs near the venue. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area...

We 'll be back if passing through. After the arrival, we met owner, who was amazing. Besides, there was free Wi Fi in the hotel. Food was well priced.

hotel was very clean and stuff was welcoming. we liked comfortable beds in our room. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

Couldn't find any faults at all!
