Fantastic place with superb service.

Clean, fantastic hotel with particularly good and lovely location unable to climb the stairs to the restaurant. Excellent personnel, decent size and brand-new rooms with bath so close, ventilation, an extra single bed. Good food, excellent service.

Nice place with an exceptional view. Lovely warm bedroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds for a good sleep. Marvellous location of the hotel, next to the Coast Outstanding, tram and bus and the restaurant. Brilliant food in the restaurants such as Lime Street Bistro, located 5 min away.

Decent sized and brand-new rooms with a very comfortable bed, extremely helpful staff. Great amenities like coffee and tea/coffee.

So glad we chose it, spent 4 quiet days here. Incredible location and overall the staff was nice and courteous. Moreover, it was just off tram across road and the restaurant.

The location was fantastic, next to St George's Hall Liverpool. Further, it was really close to a maze and the town centre.

The hotel had a marvellous location near Liverpool Central Library. Pubs and restaurants were near the place. Our twin room was tidy and brand-new with very comfy beds.

The views at this inclusive hotel were exceptional. Incredible and unbeatable location, the staff were attentive. This property was in an entertaining area so close to tram and bus and the coffee shop. My room was neat and lovely and the bed was comfy.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Blackpool, appreciated it. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful providing assistance. Though the bed was uncomfortable, it was brilliant stay. The restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious.

The queen room is wonderful and brand-new. There is a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV - that's always a plus. The location is incredible and unbeatable and the staff are attentive! And it's based in an entertaining area just next door to centre, and the South Pier.

Every visit to Blackpool we like to stay here. It is fairly clean, gorgeous hotel and the staff is helpful. This venue offers fantastic and perfect location adjacent to seafront, south pier, and a maze. South Shore district is worth looking into.

Our standard queen room was fantastic with the bath, a very comfortable bed and ventilation as advertised. The location of the property was marvellous and lovely, right on the promenade.

This is an inclusive clean hotel providing tidy rooms. You can see sea from your window. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, offer excellent services. It's in a nice building in the entertaining area. Also, it's near a tram station.

The location is unbeatable, 10 minutes' walk to a steel roller coaster. There is a magnificent restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from hotel. The rooms are tidy and cosy with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. It is neat and a bathtub is provided...
