Glad I took family room, it was brand-new and spotless.

The bathrooms are a little small.

Perfect hotel, spotless rooms. Nice bedroom. Amazing service from the outstandingly accommodating, welcoming staff members. Plenty of amazing breakfast items to choose from.

We had the double room which was large with a bathroom. The staff team was excellent and amicable at any time.

The place is fantastic and clean. Overall the staff is excellent. It has ideal, incredible setting, just off Blackpool for business or pleasure. The hotel has a good bar.

Homey place with affable stuff and panoramic views. Excellant position right on the seafront, in the very appealing area.

Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from pier, and the Blackpool tower and main centre. Had a very very good stay in our en suite room with a bathroom.

Marvellous and stunning location really close to the town centre, Blackpool for a weekend break and the pier, excellent food. Plus, near a public park.

Liked large family room with a bathroom, felt like we were home. Booked the hotel for its magnificent and ideal location so close to such a public platform, and all three piers and the town centre.

The location for Blackpool was magnificent and perfect, short walk to the cinema as well as the centre. Liked the way our family room with a bathroom was. Excellent and amicable staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

The hotel was in a perfect location adjacent to Blackpool for business, and all the shops. The rooms were a nice size and spotless and had a family ambience.

We stayed in the twin room and truly enjoyed it. It was neat and easy to move around, private bathroom. The service provided there was amazing.

The most important - magnificent and perfect location to all the local attractions. A few steps away from St Chad's. Had family room with flowers and a shower what didnt work. A lot of good options for meal.

The staff were fantastic friendly and location was excellent and perfect. My room was both en suite and tidy with own shower, 15 yr old, as for instance.

Definitely, there was elevator missing.

The location turned out to be incredibly comfortable, close to nightlife, beach, piers and restaurants and tram stop over the road. Furthermore, the hotel was not very far from Blackpool Football Club. Booked a room with a bathroom.

Our twin room was en suite and neat. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was amazing. The location was great and incredible, very close to all the activities!

Cheerful place with panoramic views of sea. En suite family queen room, comfy beds. Magnificent location, close to Arcade. Also, on the seafront.

The venue was set in the central position near to tram stop, the seafront and town centre. Also, The Winter Gardens was only 1 km away.

The double room was cosy with a bottle of chilled wine, the tea, for instance. Location: the hotel was so close to benny's cinema, all three piers and the town centre, and nightlife. We could drink something at Reflex & The Foxhall, located 1 km away.

Fresh food combined with an amazing service.

The setting of hotel was unbeatable, on the seafront. They gave me family room with a shower what didnt work, a shower, for example.

There was something as lift missing.

The hotel was well-maintained and quiet and just what we needed. The double room was en suite, comfortable bed.

The room I booked was tidy and provided with flowers, a bathroom, as for instance. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

We were in a magnificent location within walking distance of Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium.

The room was pretty nice and with comfy beds. The service was incredible during all my very enjoyable stay.

It's good choice for sightseeing and exploring Blackpool. The hotel is a 10-minute stroll to the centre.

Really enjoyable stay, perfect place. Neat room and separate bathroom with all necessary facilities. Stunning location on the seafront, easy to get around. And short walk to taxi, the sea front and bars.

Very small room.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to Blackpool, the South Pier, and all the shops, bars and attractions. An electric kettle, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the twin room. Nice bedroom, fab location. Amazing services, free Wi-Fi. Everything good.

The location was fab and prime, the staff was brilliant. The food was fresh with lots of choice!

Expected that there would be lift, but we didn't find it.

amazing views and facilities, everything was very clean. the owner was excellent.

View from the room was panoramic! It's a short way from reflex & the foxhall with nice drinks and cocktails. Worth its 3 stars.

All in all really lovely stay. Amazing base for weekend in Blackpool. A free Wi-Fi worked well...
