Everything was perfect, fantastic hotel, the location was magnificent very close to the pleasure beach and south pier, sea front and attractions and the alley behind property. The food was FINE and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu.

It's fantastic good basic hotel with pretty friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff is very welcoming, and the owner too. The location is in a marvellous spot keen to make sure he had everything right. The restaurant serves excellent Indian food.

The location was unbeatable for exploring this really quiet area, really close to the central pier, sea front, Pleasure Beach & Waterpark and shops and places to eat. There was café Lido Royal Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
