Functional place, marvellous breakfast, modern rooms.

The room was beautifully decorated and with comfortable decoration. It was in a central location, out to the bars.

We had a really big bedroom. The bathroom was absolutely amazing and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets for our convenience.

The hotel offers a lot of food that was great.

Everything was really good, good location on the main promenade, the stuff where excellent. The breakfast meal was marvellous with an omelette. We really enjoyed the stay, it was a perfectly pleasant experience.

Brilliant location close to all amenities, all was excellent. Plus, our hotel was located 4 km from tourist attractions like Longford Pump.

I had really really nice days staying at this small hotel. Everything here was really good and my room was good sized and well-equipped. Really enjoyed their fantastic service. Besides, WiFi throughout the property worked flawlessly.

The venue is gorgeous, fairly clean and the location is brilliant close enough to the front promenade directly across from south promenade, sea front train station and football ground and obviously tram stop. The hotel rooms are adequate and tidy with a 4 poster bed, an amazingly comfy 4 poster bed, as example.

The room was good-sized here with a fan, a 4 poster bed which was really comfy, as example. Had a marvellous breakfast, really enjoyed the meal.

The stay was real good. The venue was absolutely fantastic, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was incredible right by Blackpool, and promenade, buses, trams and restaurants. I enjoyed the room in the actual bedroom. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, South Pier was within walking distance of the hotel. And the area was really quiet, right by promenade, buses, trams and restaurants, pleasure beach, sandcastle waterpark, south pier and quite area far from the hustle.

Think that this lovely welcoming hotel is beyond compare, liked it. We think it's an excellent base for staying in Blackpool. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is nice. Fantastic service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. The atmosphere is comfortable.

The hotel had a central position so close to pier and tram stop. Visited a few interesting places, including a steel roller coaster, located not too far from the venue.
