I loved the room with shared bathroom. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the town centre. There was Quik Quid Bakery nearby to grab something to eat.

Pleasant stay in a cheerful and brilliant hotel. Budget room, a nice size with shared bathroom and TV plus sink included, nice staff. The fantastic location for the price, next to the city centre as well as the sea front. Also, in good location near to south seafront.

Really enjoyed the double room with nice bathroom, and great location close to the beach.

The staff was helpful and the place was clean. The location was particularly good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was approx 15 minutes' drive away.

the hotel itself was very clean and low-budget. loved the budget double room, felt like we were home. the owner was excellent. excellent home base for exploring blackpool.

Very clean property. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Being minutes from the steak & fish inn was nice, we had dinner there. We booked a suite and loved it.
